PMP11328: The PMP11328 is a high power density 30A PMBus power supply meeting the Xilinx Ultrascale+ ZU9EG FPGA core rail power specifications for Base Station Remote Radio Unit (RRU) applications. The power supply regulates 0.85V for the core rail at 25A in 55mm x 40mm total power supply PCB area. PMBus capability enables easy programming, and custom configuration of the power supply through on-board Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), as well easy Adaptive Voltage Scaling (AVS), and Voltage Margining. The power supply also enables monitoring of the output voltage, current, and external hot spot temperature through PMBus. Overall ±3% tolerance is met while efficiency is >82%.

These technologies lead to an extremely long battery life: over 10 years with a standard CR2032 lithium ion coin cell battery. The TI Design includes techniques for system design, detailed test results, and information to get the design up and running quickly. This reference design uses the HDC1000. This reference design can also be used with the HDC1008, and HDC1050.
PMP11184.2: PMP11184 is a chipset solution for high current ASIC core rail regulation. It utilizes TPS53647 4-phase controller for 120A high current rail, which employs DCAP+ control for fast transient response and TI's proprietary AutoBalance for tight steady and dynamic phase-to-phase current balance. It also utilizes TPS40428 dual controller for dual 30A rails. Both controllers drive TI NexFET smart power stages for high power density and efficiency. PMBus capability and on-board NVM enable easy design, configuration, and customization, with telemetry of output voltage, current, temperature, and power.

PMP10595: The PMP10595 reference design is a miniature 1.8V, 2A output power supply using the SIMPLE SWITCHER® LMZ20502 nano module. The reference design takes advantage of the miniature package and high level integration of the LMZ20502 to achieve small solution size, which is about 5mm x 6mm (30 sq. mm). The design can supply up to 2A output from an input range of 2.7V to 5.5V. On the reference board the LMZ20502 is set in AUTO mode, and it can achieve good efficiency from light to full load.
PMP9742: This low power flyback supply is designed to minimize the total input current while supplying a low power 3.6V/5mA output. The output is functionally isolated from the input, but not for safety. The physical size is minimized by using the UCC28910 controller with integrated high-voltage MOSFET and primary-side regulation.
