Universal Line Power Supply for PLC using PSR Flyback and Compact DC/DC Stages Reference Design
PMP9185.1: The PMP9185 reference design uses the UCC28710 primary-side regulated flyback controller to generate a 15V output from a univeral AC input with maximum 20W output power followied by DC/DC and LDO stages using TPS54229 and TPS650250, and 5V, 3.3V, 1.8V and 1.2V are provided. A switch on the PCB provides the freedom of supplying DC/DC and LDO from AC input or DC input.
220V-400VDC Input, 12V/160W Active Clamp Forward
PMP7410: This reference design generates an isolated 12V/160W output from a high voltage DC input. This design is intended to operate from the output of PFC front end regulator. The UCC2897A is used to control an active clamp forward converter. Texas Instruments CSD18531Q5A synchronous rectifiers allow this design to achieve over 92% efficiency. An accurate current limit is provided by directly sensing the output current. A clock pulse output is also provided for synchronizing with other converters.
36 to 75VDC Input 5V/15A Active Clamp Forward 1/8 Brick Form Factor Reference Design
PMP9126: This reference design generates a 5V/15A output from a 36V to 75V telecom input. The UCC2897A controls an active clamp forward converter power stage. The low gate charge and low RDSon of the CSD17501Q5A and CSD18502Q5B, implemented as a synchronous rectifiers, provides for a highly efficient design. This design is laid out in a standard eighth brick footprint and achieves efficiencies up to 94%. It uses only surface mount components, including ceramic output capacitors.

1W Small Form Factor Power Supply with Isolated Dual Output for PLC I/O Modules
TIDA-00129: This reference design is a 1W power supply with dual isolated outputs for space constrained applications. With 24V and 3.3V isolated outputs, this design was created specifcally to power Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) I/O modules in a factory automation setting. This design was created to comply with IEC 61010-1, which in turn will provide a designer faster time to market with their own design.

Class 4 PoE High Efficiency Active Clamp Forward Converter (3.3V) Reference Design
PMP10288: The PMP10288 reference design is a Power Over Ethernet (POE) active clamp forward converter. It features the TPS23754, which is a combination of a POE Powered Device (PD) controller and PWM controller. CSD17501Q5A FETs are used for high efficiency synchronous rectification. The input accepts standard Type 2 POE voltage of 42.5VDC-57VDC or a 36VDC-57VDC auxiliary voltage. The output power is an isolated 3.3VDC at 6.9A with PoE input or 3.3VDC at 7.2A with auxiliary input.

This design uses only ceramic output capacitors for high reliability and uses 100% surface mount components. The board is laid out on a standard eighth brick footprint.

The product is supplied in the industry standard footprint of 2.0 x 1.0 x 0.394 inches. PMP8917 has a basic insulation system from input to output making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. LM5020 is used as synchronous Flyback converter controller for PMP8917 with 92.9% converter efficiency.
