Cuffless, Non-Invasive Blood Pressure – Pulse Transit Time (PTT) Technique Reference Design
TIDA-00683: The TIDA-00683 reference design is a proof of concept demonstration for cuffless and non-invasive estimation of a continuous blood pressure based on Pulse Transit Time (PTT) technique. By combining the high performance AFE4404 front-end IC for photoplethysmogram (PPG) measurements and ADS1292R Analog front-end IC for Electro-cardiogram (ECG) measurements, the pulse transit time (PTT) can be determined. This reference design helps obtain the PTT calculation only. PTT could then be potentially correlated to blood pressure - which is not a step taken in this reference design.

TIDA-00096: The Wireless Heart Rate Monitor with Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) is intended as a reference design that customers can use to develop end-products for battery-powered, 3-channel health and fitness electrocardiogram (ECG) applications. The ADS1293 is a highly integrated low-power analog front end (AFE) which features three high-resoluiton ECG channels. The CC2541 system-on-chip (SoC) adds a BLE wireless feature to the platform which enables seamless connectivity to an iPhone(R) or an iPad(R) through a configurable iOS application where the end-user can remotely monitor a patient's heart rate data.

The MPBSM proof of concept can directly measure Electrocardiogram (ECG), Galvanic Skin Response (GSR), and skin temperature. The MPBSM proof of concept can also indirectly measure heart rate, respiration rate, cadence, step count, and sweet-loss rate.
