Isolated Fly-Buck Power Module for PoE Application Reference Design
PMP10572: The PMP10572 reference design is an single output isolated Fly-Buck power supply for PoE application. It takes 48V nominal input and provides 12V 1A output. The board is designed with TPS2378(PD controller) to provide 40V-57V input votlage and 12V 1SA output power. The design features the LM5160A synchronous buck converter configured as a Fly-Buck regulator. With the benefit of primary side regulation, the supply has the outputs regulated without the opto-coupler or additional transformer winding. The LM5160A has a wide Vin range of 4.5V to 65V and 1.5A output current capability with integrated switch FETs. The input voltage to the reference board can be loosely regulated with a range of 40V to 57V.
Class 4- High Efficiency 12V Class 4 PoE Converter Reference Design
PMP8812: This design is a 12V/2.1A synchronous flyback converter for high efficiency PoE applications. The TPS23752 combines the Powered Device and PWM controllers in one package. Additional features are synchronous rectifier disable for improved light load efficiency and support for ulta low power sleep mode.
85VAC-265VAC Input, 5W +/-15V & 5V Quasi-Resonant Flyback
PMP4017: This reference design uses the UCC28600 quasi-resonant flyback controller to generate a three outputs from a universal AC input source. The outputs provided are +15V/50mA, -15V/125mA, and 5V/350mA. The 5V output is regulated. The +/-15V outputs are generated from auxilliary windings on the power transformer and remain within 12% of their nominal voltages across all loading conditions.
335W Single Stage LLC-SRC Converter Reference Design
PMP10375.1: The PMP10375 reference design is a single stage LLC series resonant converter (SRC), producing up to a 335W output using UCC25600 resonant controller. With the use of single stage LLC-SRC, the converter efficiency goes up to 90% at 335W full output power with 120VAC input.
Class 4 PoE High Efficiency Active Clamp Forward Converter (3.3V) Reference Design
PMP10288: The PMP10288 reference design is a Power Over Ethernet (POE) active clamp forward converter. It features the TPS23754, which is a combination of a POE Powered Device (PD) controller and PWM controller. CSD17501Q5A FETs are used for high efficiency synchronous rectification. The input accepts standard Type 2 POE voltage of 42.5VDC-57VDC or a 36VDC-57VDC auxiliary voltage. The output power is an isolated 3.3VDC at 6.9A with PoE input or 3.3VDC at 7.2A with auxiliary input.
4000Vac Isolated Fly-Buck Power Converter for Medical Applications Reference Design
PMP10563: The PMP10563 reference design is a single output isolated Fly-Buck power supply for Medical applications. It takes 12V nominal input and provides 5.6V 0.12A output. The minmum input voltage can go down to 6V. The design features the LM5160 synchronous buck converter configured as a Fly-Buck regulator. With the benefit of primary side regulation, the power supply can sustain 4000Vac isolation voltage between primary and secondary. At the same time, it can control secondary voltage changes of ±5%.
250W Single Stage LLC-SRC Converter Reference Design
PMP9739: The PMP9739 is a single stage LLC series resonant converter (SRC), producing up to a 250W output using UCC25600 resonant controller. With the use of single stage LLC-SRC, the converter efficiency goes up to 89% at 250W full output power.

PMP10375.2: The PMP10375 reference design is a single stage LLC series resonant converter (SRC), producing up to a 335W output using UCC25600 resonant controller. With the use of single stage LLC-SRC, the converter efficiency goes up to 90% at 335W full output power with 120VAC input.
700V-860V input to 16.5V@0.5A output
PMP7769: Circuit is a non isolated flyback converter. Vin is 700V to 800V max, converting to 16.5V out at a maximum current of 500mA. The design utilizes an external Error amplifier using an LMC7101 for feedback control. The circuit also uses U102 and Q101(and resistors etc etc…) as an external UVLO circuit. LM5021 features include an ultra-low (25 µA) start-up current, which minimizes power losses in the high voltage start-up network. A skip cycle mode reduces power consumption with light loads for energy conserving applications.
85VAC-265VAC Input 24V/240W Output 90% Efficient PFC + LLC
PMP5141: The PMP5141 reference design provides a 24V/10A output with power factor correction from a universal AC input voltage range. This design uses the UCC28051 to control the front end PFC boost stage. The output of the PFC is followed by a UCC25600 LLC resonant half-bridge. The total efficieny, from input to output is over 92% from a 220VAC/50Hz input and over 90% from a 120VAC/60Hz input.
