PMP5568: This project is a complete 350W, high performance, high speed offline power supply solution. It contains a novel, microcontroller-driven synchronous bridge rectifier, a 2-phase interleaved PFC stage and a phase-shifted fullbridge as down converter. It has an universal input (85 .. 265V AC) and the output voltage is adjustable between 12 and 14V. The continuous output current is 25A, the peak current is 27A. A second microcontroller monitors several values (input voltage, PFC voltage, output voltage, output current, temperatures), is the interface to the user (LCD, push-buttons), adjusts the output voltage and synchronizes the switching frequency of all converters.
Isolated Flyback for Industrial Applications (3.3V @ 350mA) - PMP5515.1 - TI Tool Folder
PMP5515: This reference design is a multi-output output isolated flyback, working from universal line. The main regulated output is 3.3V@350mA; the 5V and 12V outputs are regulated by means of linear regulators and the 24V output has been generated with a small charge pump. The converter takes advantage of the cascode-flyback topology and quasi-resonant working mode to deliver low EMI and good efficiency at light load.
Universal AC Input, 10.5V/1.8A DC Output, Isolated Synchronous Flyback Converter Reference Design
PMP10164: The PMP10164 reference design supplies 10.5V@1.8A from universal AC mains; the isolated Flyback topology is the most used for low power range due to single magnetic component. Since the load is a power line communication chip, a fixed frequency modulation has been chosen. The controller LM5021 performs also pulse skip mode thus improving efficiency at light load. A synchronous rectification controller UCC24630 has been employed to increase the efficiency and the thermal performance.
Power Solution for Automotive Audio Amplifiers
PMP2688: This reference design supports the supply for an audio amplifier, such as the TAS5414C-Q1 using the various DC/DC power switchers, LDOs, logic, clocks, and op amps. This reference design is also applicable in start/stop systems. Modifying this reference design can also create a power supply for a radio head unit.
Universal AC Input to 30Vmax@6A Lead-acid Battery Charger Reference Design with PFC
PMP10110.3: The PMP10110 design converts the universal input AC voltage to isolated 17V...30V@6A and is suitable to charge lead-acid or Li-Ion batteries. The converter is a constant-V and constant-I genarator and the set points for output voltage (charge level) and current are settable by means of two PWM signals. The first stage is a PFC boost while the isolation ad current stabilization is performed by DC-DC half bridge stage. An isolated quasi-resonant flyback converter supplies all internal voltages and provide some extra current for external loads (fan or analog section), in details 12V@400mA and 5V@300mA.

PMP5682: A transition mode (TM) Boost PFC and a TM Buck deliver from high line a clean 80mA current to a LED string, max. voltage 312V. The PCB board has been developed to fit into a T8 fluorescent tube, suitable for retrofit purpose. A PWM dimming input is also included.
1kW Triple-Rail Isolated DC/DC Digital Power Supply for Telecom (48V@10A
PMP4333.1: This reference design demostrates full-function 1.2KW triple-rail digital power supply solution for telecom application. The input range is 36-60Vin and outputs are two 48V10A(Full bridge) and one 5.5V30A(active clamp). Synchrounous rectifiers are used in the design and the overall efficiency is up to 92%@full load. The full-feature digital solution includes soft start, power up/down sequencing, fast response to input dip, protection features as OVP, OCP, OTP and input UVLO. Other devices like LM34927, UCC27324, UCC27201 are also used to provide bias supply and drive the FETs.

PMP5327: The PMP5327 reference design provides a 42V/6A output with power factor correction from a universal AC input voltage range. This design uses the UCC28019A to control the front end PFC boost stage. The output of the PFC is followed by a UCC25600 LLC resonant half-bridge. The total efficieny, from input to output is over 92% from a 230VAC input and over 89% from a 115VAC input. An additional 12V/250mA output is also generated by this supply.

PMP5515.3: This reference design is a multi-output output isolated flyback, working from universal line.
