PMP5364: The PMP5364 reference design provides 5V at 20A (100W) from a standard 48V telecom input with up to 95% efficiency. This design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller along with TI NexFET synchronous rectifiers. The low Rdson of the CSD17301Q5A reduces conduction losses and die area of the synchronous rectifiers. The circuit is built in an industry standard 1/4 brick footprint.

PMP5997: This reference design generates a 3.3V/100W output from a standard 48V telecom input and allows for a pre-biased output. The UCC2897A controls operation of the active clamp power stage. The drive signal for the synchronous rectifiers is sent to the secondary side through an ISO7220 digital isolator. This drive signal is blanked out during startup to allow for a pre-biased output. This design achieves efficiencies over 92% and is built on a standard ¼ brick footprint.

Texas Instruments NexFET technology is used for the synchronous rectifiers, improving the efficiency by nearly 2% over conventional MOSFETs. The output voltage can be adjusted up to 7V.

SEPIC (13.5 - 18.0V @ 1.2A) for LED Drivers
PMP4729: PMP4729 is a wide input voltage range (8024V) LED driver for automotive application. It supplies a string of 3-4 LEDs (13.5 .. 18V) with a current of 1.2A. The converter with TPS40211 is in sepic configuration, has a dimming input (100..200 Hz PWM) and additional circuitry for input protection (transient protection, active reverse polarity protection).

Isolated DM Flyback 6.5V@1A
PMP6606: This low-cost (6.5W) isolated synchronous discontinuous flyback regulator produces a 6.5V output from a low-voltage (18V – 36V) input. A full-load efficiency of nearly 90% was achieved from a 24V nominal input.
