TIDA-00570 High Speed DLP Sub-system for Industrial 3D Printing and Digital Lithography Reference Design | TI.com
TIDA-00570: The High Speed DLP® Sub-system Reference Design provides system-level DLP development board designs for industrial Digital Lithography and 3D Printing applications that require high resolution, superior speed and production reliability. The system design offers maximum throughput by integrating the highest resolution DLP digital micromirror device, DLP9000X, and the fastest digital controller, DLPC910. With more than 4 million micromirrors (WQXGA resolution), this combination enables continual streaming data rates greater than 60 Giga-bits per second (Gbps). The DLPC910 digital controller also offers designers advanced pixel control with random row addressing in addition to full frame input. This added flexibility enables diverse architectures for industrial, medical, security, telecom, and instrumentation applications.

Current Shunt Monitor with Transient Robustness Reference Design
TIDA-00302: This high-side current shunt monitor is used to measure the voltage developed across a current-sensing resistor when current passes through it. Additionally, an external protection circuit is implemented to provide surge and fast-transient protection and demonstrate the different immunity levels to IEC61000-4-4 and IEC61000-4-5.
Reference Design for Telecom Applications (24V @ 0.5A)
PMP4742.2: PMP4742.2 is a simple and efficient non synchronous boost converter. It boosts the input 12V to 24V at 150mA nominal, 500mA maximum. Its enable pin is driven by power good signal from the hot swap TPS2420.
Reference Design for Telecom Applications (12V @ 1.1A)
PMP4742.1: PMP4742.1 comprises a negative input (-10.8V to -13.2V) to positive output (12V@1A average) inverting buck-boost converter with TPS40210; a hot swap circuit with TPS2420 quickly limits the output current to 2A peak.
Reference Design for Telecom Applications (3.3V @ 5A)
PMP4742.3: PMP4742.3 protects the 12Vin by means of hot swap controller (TPS2420) and feeds a TPS54620, syncronous buck converter, which generates 3.3V@3.7A. An INA210 reads the buck's current for monitoring purposes.
