Two-output Buck and LDO for Consumer Applications (12V @ 250mA)
PMP5548.2: The PMP5548 is a buck converter with a secondary winding coupled with the main inductor. This winding supplies 6V that are added to the 6V output thus generating 12V. A 3.3V further output is derived from the main 6V output by means of an LDO.

BeagleBone Cape for Programmable Logic Controller Reference Design
TIDA-00312: The BeagleBone Black (BBB) Cape for the PLC I/O module is a platform for evaluation of the PLC I/O reference designs (ex. TIDA-00236). The platform showcases TI’s system solution that can be used in a PLC signal chain and allows evaluation of the signal chain performance. The cape connects the PLC I/O reference design daughter card (ex. TIDA-00236) to the BBB board. The BBB board runs the evaluation software for the I/O card and a webserver, allowing the user to view the performance from a PC. The highlight of this design is the simple hardware and minimal software installation requirements on the PC for evaluation. TI’s PLC I/O module reference designs have complete signal chain for the PLC I/O modules. Evaluating the signal chain requires examination of the critical performance parameters of the hardware. Data collection, processing, and display are the typical functions required for evaluation. The easy-to-use GUI accelerates the performance of the I/O module evaluation process and reduces time to market.
Universal AC Input 7.5W Adapter Reference Design
PMP4391: This 5V / 1.5A adapter solution is fully tested and passes EMI and EMC (CE,RE) safety requirements. It implements a low cost primary side Bipolar controller UCC28722. The efficiency of the design is 78% with standby power less than 100mW. The design is very slim; the size is 30mmX35.3mmX8mm and has been thermally characterized.
Universal AC Input, 12Vout 0.5A Power Supply with Low Standby Power Reference Design
PMP4447: The PMP4447 is a power reference design with a universal AC input and a DC isolated output of 12V at 0.5A. It implements a high efficiency primary side controller UCC28910 which has an integrated 700V high voltage MOSFET. Additionally this reference design was characterized with the high efficiency DC/DC converter TPS5405 to generate a 5V output. The full system achieves <100mW in standby mode. The board measures 36mmX30mmX15mm. The PMP4447 is fully tested and passes EMC (CE) requirements.

PMP4367: This 5V / 1.2A adapter solution is fully test and passes EMI and EMC (CE,RE) safety requirements. It implements a high efficiency primary side controller UCC28910. The efficiency of the design complies with Energy Star 6 and is designed to fit into small form factor housing. The design measures 36mmX30mmX15mm and has been thermally characterized. No load efficiency is <30mW over the entire operating range. EE16 transformer of low cost is used.
