Hall-Effect Proximity Sensor with PNP or NPN Output Reference Design
TIDA-00244: This TIDesign offers a rapid prototyping platform for SIO sensor transmitter. Thanks to its modular design, different options can be tried for controlling the SIO interface while also allowing easy upgrade to IO-Link proximity sensing (with IO-Link stack from TMG). TIDA-00244 comes by default with an integrated Hall-sensor, a switch and LED for status indications. All this fitting in a 6mm wide PCB compatible with the industry standard M12 connector.

Thanks to its modular design, different options can be tried from magnetic threshold configurations, default to normally open or default to normally closed as well as PNP or NPN output stage. TIDA-00286 comes by default with a integrated Hall-sensor, a switch and LED for status indications. All this fitting in a 6mm wide PCB compatible with the industry standard M12 connector.
Turnkey IO-Link Sensor Transmitter
TIDA-00188: This TI Design offers a rapid prototyping platform for IO-Link sensor transmitter. Thanks to its modular design, different sections can be easily cut away to allow fast and simple interfacing of any analog or digital sensor. The system is programmed with a fully validated IO-Link stack leveraging the fully validated IO-Link PHY. It comes by default with: a switch emulating a digital input, 2 LED for status indications and a potentiometer emulating an RTD (read by a 24-bit front-end). All this fitting in a 6mm wide PCB compatible with the industry standard M12 connector. IO-Link Sensor Transmitter Booster Pack
TIDA-00339: This TI Design offers a rapid prototyping platform for IO-Link sensor transmitter. Thanks to its design it can be connected to TIs LaunchPad / BoosterPack ecosystem on which the fully validated IO-Link stack is implemented. The system has easy access to all interface and status signals. The different optional settings make the TI Design flexible to adjust for several use cases. With the ability to connect sensor front-ends the design can be used either as an evaluation platform of the IO-Link interface or as an entire sensor transmitter system.
