24Vdc Input (Double Car Battery) Automotive Multiphase Sync-Buck Reference Design

PMP10260: This high-efficiency, high-power reference design uses the LM5119 two-phase synchronous-buck controller to regulate 14.4V at 60A. This design can be used to supply single car battery power from a double battery system, often found in trucks. Features include input EMI filtering, output hot swap protection, input/output current monitoring and temperature monitoring.

PMP9643: 24V Output, Constant Voltage / Constant Current, 65W Flyback power supply with 130W surge capability. Primary side regulation eliminates feedback opto-coupler and provides 1% regulation down to no-load. Average efficiency of > 89% and no load power of < 70mW are achieved. Voltage input range is 85VAC-265VAC Input.

Dual, BDC Motor System with independently controlled motors

TIDA-00116: This Mutli-motor BDC motor system implements an MSP430, a DRV8816, and an Anaheim Automation motor. It's suitable for applications requiring 1A to 2A of motor current to 20KRPM. Motor voltage support is 8V to 32V, and max current is 2.5A. The PWM scheme allows speed control and current regulation. The H-bridge FET supports during current decay, the time interval of current decay, and current deglitch time. The motor drive stage has integrated protection from short-circuit, shoot-through, under-voltage, and over-temperature.

PMP10335: This design uses the PSR controller UCC28630 that is capable of operating in both CCM and DCM. With the help of X-cap discharge function of UCC28630, the safety discharge resistor can be elimiated. Full load efficiency is 83.5% at 120VAC/60Hz input and 86% at 230VAC/50Hz input.

PMP9208: The PMP9208 is a power adapter reference design for 19.5V output, constant voltage / constant current, 65W flyback power supply with 130W surge capability. Primary side regulation eliminates feedback opto-coupler and provides 1% regulation down to no-load. Average efficiency of > 89% and no load power of < 70mW are achieved. 0 - 100% load transients enabled by a secondary side fast wake up circuit.
