12Vin to 67Vin; 54Vout @ 4.8A; Dual-Phase Synchronous Boost Converter
PMP7979: A dual-phase synchronous boost converter that accepts an input voltage of 12Vin to 67Vin and provides an output of 54Vout capable of supplying 4.8A. Whenever the input voltage is at or above the 54Vout threshold, the output voltage will follow the input voltage, minus a small voltage drop.
360W Digital Controlled Phase Shift Full Bridge converter
TIDA-00412: DC-DC power converter with digital control using UCD3138CC64EVM-030 daughter-card. The daughter-card with preloaded firmware providing the required control functions for a Phase Shift Full Bridge converter. The TIDA-00412 (UCD3138PSFBEVM-027) accepts a DC input from 370 to 400 VDC, and outputs a typical 12 VDC with full-load output power at 360 W, or full output current of 30 A.
24Vdc Input (Double Car Battery) Automotive Multiphase Sync-Buck Reference Design
PMP10260: This high-efficiency, high-power reference design uses the LM5119 two-phase synchronous-buck controller to regulate 14.4V at 60A. This design can be used to supply single car battery power from a double battery system, often found in trucks. Features include input EMI filtering, output hot swap protection, input/output current monitoring and temperature monitoring.
Multi-Transformer 2x25V (50V@700mA)
PMP5660.2: From universal input to two strings LED @ 700mA, 50V maximum per string, this PMP5660 offers high efficiency even with a two stage solution: PFC TM Boost and multi-transformer LLC resonant. A TLC555 provides a internal PWM dimming function.
High-Efficiency Isolated Flyback Converter Reference Design for PoE Application
PMP9446: PMP9446 is an Isolated Flyback Converter using the LM5022 controller IC. The design accepts an input voltage of 10Vin to 15Vin (12Vin Nominal) and provides an output of 54Vout capable of supplying 0.75A of continuous current to the load. The design was built on the PMP7899 PCB, which was modified to the PMP9446 design configuration and requirements.
84Vac - 265Vac input, 12V/0.3A output
PMP4684: Very simple universal line power supply, a "must" when efficiency and stand-by performance play a key role. From 85Vac to 265Vac it delivers 12V @ 0.3A.
Multi-Transformer 2x25V (390V@192mA)
PMP5660.1: From universal input to two strings LED @ 700mA, 50V maximum per string, this PMP5660 offers high efficiency even with a two stage solution: PFC TM Boost and multi-transformer LLC resonant. A TLC555 provides a internal PWM dimming function.
Isolated Flyback 12V@0.8A
PMP4567: Very simple "50Hz transformer" replacement, when efficiency and stand-by performance play a key role. Input voltage 162Vac to 265Vac and 12V @ 0.8A provide the typical replacement of a 10W isolation transformer.
A Fully Featured, 350W Offline High Performance Power Supply
PMP5568: This project is a complete 350W, high performance, high speed offline power supply solution. It contains a novel, microcontroller-driven synchronous bridge rectifier, a 2-phase interleaved PFC stage and a phase-shifted fullbridge as down converter. It has an universal input (85 .. 265V AC) and the output voltage is adjustable between 12 and 14V. The continuous output current is 25A, the peak current is 27A. A second microcontroller monitors several values (input voltage, PFC voltage, output voltage, output current, temperatures), is the interface to the user (LCD, push-buttons), adjusts the output voltage and synchronizes the switching frequency of all converters.
Boost 80V @ 0.5A
PMP4730: The PMP4730 is a CCM step up converter that boosts the 18V to 72V to 80V @ 500mA. An external 12V aux supply reduces the bias losses.
288-450Vdc Input, 7V/12V/15V Output at 16W, QR Flyback
PMP4794: The PMP4794 reference design uses the UCC28600 green mode flyback controller to generate three outputs (7V, 12V, and 15V). The 7V and 12V outputs are isolated, while the 15V is non-isolated. The 12V output is regulated. This supply is 84% effficient at maximum load, and consumes less than 100mW at no load.
