Sync buck (5V@10)
PMP4590.2: This interleaved Buck converter can be configured as single output (interleaved) or dual output. The board has the extention feature to drive a slave unit.
Quad Phases Boost 12V to 28V@20A
PMP4538: The PMP4538 uses a single controller to build a 4-phase Boost converter, delivering 560W (28V@20A). An input under-voltage and over-voltage protection has been provided.
Sync buck (16V@12A)
PMP4590.1: This interleaved Buck converter can be configured as single output (interleaved) or dual output. The board has the extention feature to drive a slave unit.
400VDCin, 12V@460W, LLC with Synchronous Rectifiers
PMP5967: The PMP5967 reference design provides a 12V/38A output with over 94% efficiency from a 380VDC input. This design uses the UCC25600 to control the resonant LLC converter. The UCC24610 synchronous rectifier controller is used to control two banks of CSD18501Q5A MOSFETs, eliminating the need for heat sinks on the output rectifiers.
A Fully Featured, 350W Offline High Performance Power Supply
PMP5568: This project is a complete 350W, high performance, high speed offline power supply solution. It contains a novel, microcontroller-driven synchronous bridge rectifier, a 2-phase interleaved PFC stage and a phase-shifted fullbridge as down converter. It has an universal input (85 .. 265V AC) and the output voltage is adjustable between 12 and 14V. The continuous output current is 25A, the peak current is 27A. A second microcontroller monitors several values (input voltage, PFC voltage, output voltage, output current, temperatures), is the interface to the user (LCD, push-buttons), adjusts the output voltage and synchronizes the switching frequency of all converters.
Power Solution for Automotive Audio Amplifiers
PMP2688: This reference design supports the supply for an audio amplifier, such as the TAS5414C-Q1 using the various DC/DC power switchers, LDOs, logic, clocks, and op amps. This reference design is also applicable in start/stop systems. Modifying this reference design can also create a power supply for a radio head unit.
