PMP9480: PMP9480 is a dual output Flybuck Converter plus an Isolated amplifier combo solution that can not only be used for sensing Line voltage or Line current but also provide Aux Bias power for complete Industrial system . The design accepts very Wide input voltage of 10 Vin to 72Vin DC(Work on any Batteries such as 12V/24V or 48V or any available Industrial DC bus ) and provides Isolated outputs of 5V@350mA(Primary Bias Supply for Controller , Amplifiers ,Interfaces, etc ) and 5V@150mA(Secondary Isolated Bias for Isolated Amplifiers , Isolated communication etc ) . It features a small size and is an inexpensive and more efficient solution to using Flyback or Pushpull converters . Isolated Amplifier AMC1200 used in this design is a precision isolation amplifier with an output separated from the input circuitry by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) barrier that is highly resistant to magnetic interference.

TIDA-00835: The TIDA-00835 reference design allows for accurate voltage and current measurement using a bipolar input configuration by incorporating a four- channel, 24-bit simultaneously-sampling differential input Delta-Sigma ADC over wide dynamic range. The ADC is configured to measure ±2.5 V bipolar input. The inputs are scaled to ADC measurement range of ±2.5V using a fixed gain amplifier. This AFE chains two ADCs together using a common external clock to expand the number of input channels to eight while simultaneously sampling all of the input channels. By having more measurement channels per module, overall system cost is reduced.

Isolated IGBT Gate Driver Evaluation Platform for 3-Phase Inverter System Reference Design
TIDA-00195: The TIDA-00195 reference design consists of a 22kW power stage with TI’s new reinforced isolated IGBT gate driver ISO5852S intended for motor control in various applications. This design allows performance evaluation of the ISO5852S in 3-phase inverter incorporating 1200V rated IGBT modules of current ratings ranging from 50A-200A. Some of the important functionality and performance evaluated are short circuit protection using DESAT detection, Soft-shutdown, effectiveness of the Active Miller Clamp at different inverter dv/dt, and ESD/EFT performance of IGBT gate driver at system level derived from adjustable speed electrical power drive systems (IEC61800-3). Piccolo launch pad LAUNCHXL-F28027 is used to generate the PWM signals required for controlling the inverter.

TIDA-00810: The TIDA-00810 reference design accurately measures analog inputs performance and includes chip diagnostics to help identify power systems failures early by using a highly accuracy AC voltage and current measurement analog front end (AFE) and a four-channel, 24-bit simultaneously-sampling differential input Delta-Sigma ADC for measurement over wide dynamic range. The ADC is configured to measure 0-5 V unipolar. The inputs are scaled to ADC measurement range using a fixed gain amplifier with 2.5 V DC output level shift. The AFE can be used to measure output of a current transformer, potential divider with analog isolation and Rogowski active integrator. The AFE uses 10-Bit low resolution successive approximation register (SAR) ADC in parallel with a 24 bit ∑-∆ ADC for ADS131A04 diagnostics.

TIDA-00445 Shunt-Based 200A Peak Current Measurement Reference Design Using Isolation Amplifier | TI.com
TIDA-00445: The TIDA-00445 TI design provides a reference solution for isolated current measurement using shunt and isolated amplifier. By limiting the shunt voltage to 25mV, this design is able to reduce power dissipation in the shunt and achieves a high current measurement range of up to 200A. Shunt voltage is further amplified by precision Opamps in instrumentation amplifier based configuration with a gain of 10 to match the input range of isolation amplifier. The output of isolation amplifier is level shifted and scaled to utilize the complete input range of 3.3v ADC. This design uses free running transformer driver for generating isolated supply voltage for the high voltage side of the circuit. Small form factor for the power supply is achieved by the operation of driver at 400 KHz.
