TIPD193 RTD to Voltage Reference Design Using Instrumentation Amplifier and Current Reference | TI.com
TIPD193: This reference design translates resistance temperature detectors (RTD) resistance to a voltage level convenient for an ADC input. A precision current reference provides excitation and an instrumentation amplifier scales the signal. The design also uses a three wire RTD configuration to minimize errors due to wiring resistance.
TIPD104 Current Sensing Solution, 10uA-10mA, Low-side, Single Supply | TI.com
TIPD104: This TI Reference Design provides the theory, component selection, and simulation of a single-supply, precision low-side current sensing solution that can accurately detect load currents from 10uA-10mA. The corresponding linear output is from 100mV to 4.9V. While traditional op amps can be used for such an application, the INA326 instrumentation amplifier enables a differential measurement and minimizes errors due to PCB parasitic. The INA326 can be used in low-side current sensing because the unique internal circuit topology allows for linear rail-to-rail input and output operation. A unique yet simple gain switching network was implemented in order to realize the wide load current range. See more TI Precision Designs

TIPD107 Low-Level V-to-I Converter Reference Design, 0V to 5V input to 0uA to 5uA output | TI.com
TIPD107: This Verified Design is a micro-Amp voltage-to-current (V-I) converter circuit that delivers a precise low level current to a load. The design operates on a single 5V supply and uses a precision low drift op-amp, and instrumentation amplifier. Simple modification can change the range and accuracy of the V-I converter.
